Refund policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Uniquefashionjewelryboutique.com. For that, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, and the amount you will be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your return must be authorized by us. In order to process your return, do not ship it without our authorization. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Make sure to read below our Return Conditions.
Note: The standard shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 14 days from when the original order was delivered.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. Must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has to track on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed. Most of the time, we will send you the return shipping label.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- Note: Customer will be charged shipping cost for the returned item as well as the original shipping cost if your original order was shipped for free. All shipping fees will be deducted from the refund
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. Address on the package is not our return address and if you used, will affect the processing of your return.

Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy: Customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees. Uniquefashionjewelryboutique.com does not refund any shipping fees
- Customer ordered the wrong size.
- Customer does not like the item in person or changed their mind
Non-Refundable Items
- Items have been worn, damaged or altered, returned not in its original shipped condition & packaging are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Items were sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
Return Process Steps
Step 1: Initiate your Return & Exchange
E-mail us at service@uniquefashionjewelryboutique.com and let us know your order number. If your requirements and product status are within the scope of our Return & Exchange Policy, our customer service will provide you with professional and best return & exchange service suggestions.
Step 2: Ship product back
Once our customer service has approved your request and provided our return/exchange address to you, please initiate the return/exchange within 7 days by following our instructions. We strongly advise that you return the item with tracking service so delivery can be confirmed. If the item to be returned/exchanged is shipped without a tracking number, the customer will be liable once the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
Step 3: Refund/Exchange
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged no more than once.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation:
General order will be fully refunded before order is shipped out.
Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics. Uniquefashionjewelryboutique.com reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Customers who choose free shipping on their orders will have a $12 shipping fee deducted from their refund.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
